Turkey Coup: the Aftermath

According to the U.S. Consulate in Adana, Turkey, local authorities are “denying” movements on/off of the Incirlik Air Base. Power has been cut on the base.

Airports throughout Turkey have reopened, although the FAA has suspended U.S. flights to/from Istanbul and Ataturk. Turkish Airlines has canceled 924 flights today throughout the country.

According to Aykan Erdemir, all four parties have jointly agreed to a declaration against the coup. That will be read at Turkish Parliament in Ankara at 5 p.m.
