Dillon: The drone did fire on coalition forces that were conducting a patrol east out of the de-confliction zone.

Dillon: The drone … was an MQ1 Predator-like drone, was armed, still had weapons on it.
We assessed them to be pro-regime forces.
U.S. conducted strikes against two technical vehicles that we were assessed to be posing a threat to #Coalition forces at At-Tanf garrison.
