The devastating rain of now Tropical Storm Harvey continues to flood southeast Texas, dumping more than 2 feet of rain in some areas of Greater Houston.
The National Hurricane Center (NHC) on Sunday issued a forecast warning with isolated reports of 50 inches of rain could be seen around the Houston/Galveston area.

Harvey made landfall at near Rockport, Texas on Friday, August 25, as a category 4 hurricane with sustained winds at 130 miles per hour.
