A spokesperson for the US-led Coalition on Saturday, September 23 described as “absolutely false” reports which said Syrian regime troops were killed by fire from SDF-controlled territory while crossing the Euphrates river.
The reports said that nine Syrian Arab Army soldiers were killed on Friday near Deir Ez-Zor when their boat was fired on from SDF-controlled territory.
